Covid-19 Measures: To all our clients past, present, and future: We wanted to make a public statement regarding the Covid-19 outbreak and actions steps put into play by Governor Jay Inslee. Although relief and remote work is being offered to the blue- and white-collar America, the same does not apply for small businesses like my own. If we shut down, we don’t have anyone to hold our hand or have our back financially through this crisis.

Many of you have already reached out to me personally to ask if your session was still happening and I am happy to say that yes, ALL currently scheduled sessions are still going to happen as planned. This is a HUGE monkey wrench in the rest of our lives so the last thing I want for any of my clients is to worry about the session that they have spent months planning for.

What are we doing to ensure client safety?

The beauty of my industry is that we already practice a degree of social distancing. When behind the camera, I am generally about 6 feet away from my subject. We also do 95% of our sessions outdoors! The fresh air and sunshine are natural disinfectants and purifiers. It’s truly the safest place to be if you’re going to be around people. Going forward we will change our greetings and goodbyes with polite acknowledgement. Coming from a hugger this is just a weird concept to me but for everyone’s sake we will skip them for now.

I am providing safe, non-toxic hand sanitizer to clients and my assistant to ensure if they touch anything in the public, they have something to clean off germs.

If in the event that you or a family member that is to attend our session together is sick, (any sickness that includes cold or flu like symptoms), we are more than happy to reschedule your session to ensure all are well and able to enjoy the session time. If you as a client are not ready to reschedule, we will hold your deposit payment for you and it can be applied to a session as a credit through December 2020.

This sick policy also goes for me. Although we take great care and precaution with our immunity down to the foods we consume to support gut health, if in the event that I am unwell for the session date and time, I will make the executive decision to keep you, my clients, safe and we will reschedule.

For those clients that had a wedding cancellation, we will be following our standard contract policy regarding rescheduling a wedding. If in the event that you do not reschedule your wedding all deposits can be applied to another session type and product package options. No refunds will be given at this time.

We hope this helps put some anxieties at ease knowing that we are still here for you! We as a small business appreciate the support of our community and the clients who continue to work with us. We love you all and hope you all stay safe in the coming months.
